Data Access Management

• Adding a team member automatically grants selected data access level
• COB (Crew on Board) read access granted automatically to all team members
• Remove from Team button removes the person from the Team list AND revokes all SharePoint permissions
• ⚠️ API Usage: Bulk operations make multiple SharePoint API calls - use sparingly with many users
